Vehicle availability is managed by partners and may change. A booking request is confirmed only after partner approval and completion of required platform steps.

2. Payment and verification

Payment confirmation is required for finalizing eligible bookings. Depending on the booking profile, users may need to complete KYC or identity checks, including Stripe Identity where applicable.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation windows and refund outcomes may vary by listing, timing, and reason. The applicable terms displayed at checkout and in booking details control each reservation.

4. Deposits, franchise, and protection

• Some bookings may require a deposit or deductible/franchise.
• Protection options may be offered with defined scope and exclusions.
• Specific amounts and conditions are shown before final confirmation.

5. Conduct and vehicle use

Renters must comply with legal driving requirements, listing restrictions, and handover instructions agreed with the partner.
