Partner Rules

1. Listing accuracy and rights

Partners must publish complete and accurate vehicle information and must have the legal right to list or rent/sell each vehicle offered on Volocar.

2. Availability, pricing, and updates

• Maintain an accurate calendar and update blocked dates promptly.
• Set transparent pricing and disclose mandatory fees.
• Keep listing details current when vehicle status changes.

3. Vehicle condition and documents

Partners are responsible for delivering vehicles in the condition represented in the listing and for holding required registration, insurance, inspection, and compliance documents where applicable.

4. Booking operations and communication

Partners should respond to booking requests in a timely manner, provide clear pickup/return instructions, and cooperate with reasonable support inquiries.

5. Commission and payout

Platform commission, payout timing, and related deductions are governed by partner terms shown in onboarding, dashboard settings, or specific contractual arrangements.
