Volocar provides a marketplace environment where buyers can discover listings published by sellers and partners. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Volocar is not the seller of each listed vehicle.

2. Listing information and verification

Listing details are provided by sellers/partners, who remain responsible for accuracy, legal ownership rights, and authority to sell. Buyers should independently review documents and vehicle condition before purchase.

3. Buyer checks and compliance

To protect users and comply with legal obligations, Volocar may request identity verification and basic due-diligence information, including KYC steps where needed.

4. No warranty unless stated

• Vehicles are offered under terms set by the seller/partner unless a specific warranty is expressly stated in writing.
• Volocar does not provide a blanket warranty for all marketplace vehicles.
• Any additional guarantees must be documented in the specific transaction records.

5. Responsibility and contact
